Barcelona Design Week has created an event to identify the advantages, challenges, and opportunities of 3D printing technology. The exhibition brings together universities, researchers, suppliers, and manufacturers in a space that allows design professionals to meet this new technology. A visual system was created to combine graphic languages of printing, 3D designs, and typography inspired by the aesthetics of the machine and robotics to effectively represent the theme of the event.
